It is time many have waited for, the final of the 2008 Intersector Netball Tournament. On Wednesday November 26th the semi final games were played where Ministry of Sports came up against SGU Pacer 1 and Hubbards met Huggins.
Jamaica keeps death penalty
Lawmakers in Jamaica voted Tuesday in favour of retaining the death penalty as the ultimate punishment for certain offences. A total of 49 parliamentarians took part in the conscience vote with 35 members voting in favour and 15 voting against it. The remaining members were absent.
